MR. WAN FOOK KONG

Wan Fook Kong is a Chartered Surveyor with almost 40 years experience in the real estate industry. He has held senior executive positions in both the public and private sectors.
Formerly a senior partner in an international real estate practice, Fook Kong is also the Hon. Advisor on Property and Facility Management to
the Real Estate Developers’ Association of Singapore. He is often sought after as an expert witness in respect of strata developments.
Fook Kong has also been actively involved in the Building Maintenance and Strata Management Act and has appeared before the Parliamentary Select Committee set up to review this legislation.
He also provides training in the practical application of the BMSMA. In addition, he has consulted in various countries in the region.

Chay Ling is a Certified Public Accountant and a Fellow Member of the Institute of Certified Public Accountants of Singapore as well as the Association of Chartered Certified Accountants.
She served in various senior positions including United Premas and CWT.
Currently overseeing trust accounts and office support functions such as IT and Admin.
MR. DANIEL WONG

Daniel brings with him a wide array of global experience in corporate services, MIS, contract administration, real estate, project and facility management. Prior to this, he was an Executive Director in Goldman Sachs serving a regional network of facilities in 12 cities, developed and managed mixed developments for Sentosa Leisure Group and Davis Langdon & Seah International.
On the professional front, he is with the Singapore Institute of Surveyors & Valuers and the Australian Institute of Building. Daniel holds a Master of Science in Real Estate from the National University of Singapore, a Degree in Building (Honours) from the University of South Australia and is a registered professional quantity surveyor. He actively participates in consulting/feedback work with the government, speaks at international conferences and educational institutions.
He leads a committed team to oversee a diverse portfolio of facility management projects, contracts and project management as a key member of our Management Team.
MR. ROLAND CHENG

Roland graduated from the National University of Singapore with a Bachelor of Science in Estate Management. He also holds a Master of Science in Construction Management, with a specialization in Maintenance Management; from the University of Reading, U.K.
His vast experience in both public and private sectors, including having held senior positions in companies such as Colliers Jardine, Brecon Real Estate Agency, PROMAS and Henry Butcher Appraisal Group; adds value to our strong Management Team.
Apart from his knowledge of local real estate management practices, he has also ventured abroad and gained regional insights and experience in property management in Indonesia, Vietnam, Cambodia, China and Saudi Arabia.
As a key member of our Management Team, Roland oversees a sizeable portfolio of strata-titled properties, assisted by his committed team.
